Associated Bank Funds Trio of WI Early Learning Centers

Associated Bank provided a total of $8,652,388 in three separate loans to Bradford Real Estate for land acquisition and construction of early childhood learning centers in three Wisconsin communities. SVP Daniel Barrins of Associated Bank’s commercial real estate division managed the loans and closings.

Each of the stand-alone, single-tenant 10,000 square-foot buildings will be fully-leased by The Learning Experience (TLE) early childhood education centers. All three will be completed and opened in 2020.

The three new Wisconsin TLE centers will be located at N58W15453 Shawn Cir. in Menomonee Falls, 2750 Ironwood Dr. in Sun Prairie and 4822 Forest Point Blvd. in New Berlin.

Bradford Real Estate is a Chicago-based and privately-owned, large-scale retail development company. It has completed more than 70 projects totaling more than 10 million square feet throughout Chicago and the Midwest since 1986.

Connect Industrial Midwest is coming to Rosemont, IL on March 4. For more information, or to register, click here.
