Associated Bank Finalizes $43M for TCC Project in Illinois
Associated Bank has completed a $43.6 million warehouse and distribution center construction loan for Trammell Crow Company (TCC) for a speculative industrial building in Plainfield, Illinois. Edward (Ted) Notz, a senior vice president with Associated Bank’s Commercial Real Estate Division, originated and managed the loan.
The 788,000 square foot, Class A property will be part of the Plainfield Business Center at 26220 West 143rd Street on a 51.73-acre construction site that was previously farmland. Situated at the intersection of 143rd Street and Steiner Road, the Plainfield Business Center is a 600-acre planned industrial park in the center of the I-55 and I-80 industrial corridors with convenient access to both highways.
Site work has commenced, and completion is projected for the fall of 2025. The project will be managed by Trammell Crow’s Midwest Business Unit, led by Grady Hamilton. As of September 30, 2024, TCC had $19 billion of projects in process and $13.4 billion in its pipeline.
