Asset Management Veteran Rachel Peck Joins Entre

Rachel Peck joined Arlington Heights, IL-based Entre Commercial Realty, bringing 20 years’ experience in commercial real estate corporate services, lease negotiations and asset management. She’s continuing her work with corporate occupiers of real estate from a buyer/tenant representation perspective, both locally and nationally.

Peck also works with her business partners, Mike DeSerto and Cory Kay, focused on the sales and leasing of industrial properties in the DuPage and Kane County submarkets.

Before joining Entre, Peck was director of asset management for ML Realty Partners, overseeing an industrial portfolio comprised of 15 million square feet in both the Chicago and Dallas markets. She handled all lease negotiations, lease renewals, tenant improvement projects, and maintained positive tenant relationships.

Prior to joining ML Realty, she worked for Sears Holdings Corporation as an asset manager for a 56- million-square-foot industrial/retail national portfolio and for Colliers International in property management.

Since 1999, Paul has volunteered as the newsletter editor of passenger rail advocacy groups (one national, one local).
