Fisher Brothers has reached full occupancy at Park Avenue Plaza in Midtown Manhattan with expansions by existing tenants

Asset Management Firm Commits to Midtown Manhattan with 15-Year Lease

Jennison Associates, an asset management firm with more than $224 billion in assets under management, signed a 15-year, 120.809-square-foot lease across four floors of Fisher Brothers’ Park Avenue Plaza in Midtown Manhattan.

The tenant will take over the new space in 2023, relocating from 237 Park Ave.

Fisher Brothers’ Marc Packman, Clark Briffel and Charles P. Laginestra represented ownership along with CBRE’s Howard Fiddle, Peter Turchin, Christie Harle, Roger Griswold, and Benjamin Joseph. CBRE’s Edward M. Lederman represented Jennison Associates.
