Asset Campus Hits Home Run with Ballpark Apartments
Asset Campus Housing added to its lineup of student housing complexes with management of the 2,286-bed Ballpark Apartments. Nimes Capital of Los Angeles tapped the Houston-headquarted Asset Campus with its portfolio, which consists of several student housing complexes throughout Austin, TX, which serve students attending University of Texas at Austin, St. Edwards University, Austin Community College, Concordia University, and Huston-Tillotson University.
The portfolio consists of:
- 810-bed Ballpark East, 1515 Wickersham Lane
- 792-bed Ballpark West, 1600 Wickersham Lane
- 684-bed Ballpark South, 4700 E. Riverside Dr.
Nimes acquired the complexes in 2014-2015. However, according to recent media reports, Nimes and JLL filed a rezoning application to create a mixed-use development on the site of the properties, which are at East Riverside Drive and Pleasant Valley Road.
