Assembly Row Adds Seven Tenants to Retail, Restaurant Lineup
Assembly Row, a mixed-use neighborhood two miles north of Boston in Somerville, MA, will be welcoming new retail and restaurant tenants with completion of Phase 3 of community. The following tenants are expected to open this summer:
- LaserAway
- Ten One Tea House
- Bond Vet
- An Nam
- Tatte Bakery & Café
- Civility Social House
- Tribos Peri Peri
Assembly Row is a work-live-play development across 40 acres along the Mystic River. It is located along I-93 and with direct access to Downtown Boston via the Orange Line and its dedicated MBTA station.
The project at present has more than one million square feet of office space, 1,500 residential units, a 158-key hotel, and 500,000 square feet retail and restaurant space. When fully built Assembly Row neighborhood expand into two million square feet of office space, 1,800 residences and 635,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space.
