Aspen Square Sells Central Florida Multifamily for $62M

West Springfield, MA-based Aspen Square Management has disposed of its 228-unit multifamily property in the Orlando submarket of Winter Park, FL, The Lexington at Winter Park, for $62.3 million. Texas-based Westmount Realty Capital acquired the asset.

Cole Whitaker, Mary Beale and Lauren Gassie of Berkadia represented Aspen Square Management.

Located at 1701 Lee Road, The Lexington at Winter Park features multiple floor plans with walk-in closets and private patios. Community amenities include a resort-style swimming pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a new clubhouse, Amazon locker hub and a dog park. The property is accessible to the Winter Park lifestyle of upscale dining, shopping and entertainment.
