Aspen Heights Partners Nabs Lincoln Property’s Student Housing Division
Aspen Heights Partners has acquired Grand Campus Living, the student housing division of Dallas-based Lincoln Property Company.
GCL manages more than 3,000 beds across the nation, and Austin-based Aspen Heights Partners will add those beds to its existing portfolio of 30 student-housing, multifamily, and senior living properties.
“With this acquisition, we are excited to grow our third party property management footprint and expertise, and we will continue to provide best-in-class care to the students living in these properties,” said Aspen Heights Partner’s COO Sid Keswani.
Lincoln Property Company is the second largest multifamily manager in the U.S. It launched GCL in 2010 to develop and manage student housing. Its properties include both on and off campus assets in Pennsylvania, Ohio and Oklahoma, with a majority located in Texas and Florida.
Demi Sterling-Kinney, vice president of operations for Aspen Heights Partners, oversees the company’s third-party property management division.
