Aspen Heights Partners has started construction on a 393-unit high-rise community in the Gold District of Charlotte, NC’s South End.

Mint & Morehead will consist of one- and two- bedroom townhome units spread across 12 stories, 12,000 square feet of amenities, a five-story parking deck and unobstructed views of Uptown Charlotte.

The property will provide access to the Blue Line light rail and will be surrounded by neighborhood amenities such as the Bank of America Stadium and multiple new, large-scale office developments.

As the 15th largest city in the US and considered the second-largest financial services center, Charlotte was recently named the number-one city for job growth in the Southeast highlighted by the highest technology job gains in the country. Charlotte was also ranked number one in destinations Millennials are moving to, as the city continues to see economic diversification with nine Fortune 500 company headquarters in the area.
