Aspen Heights Launches Student Housing Complex in Pullman

Austin, TX-based Aspen Heights Partners commenced construction on a 752-bed student housing complex in Pullman, WA. Located at 3125 NW Cottonwood Lane, Aspen Heights Pullman is situated on a 23.5-acre site and will serve students at Washington State University.

The project, which is slated to deliver in Fall 2021, features cottage-style duplex homes and a surface parking lot. Aspen Heights Partners’ Greg Henry says, “We were one of the first developers to execute the ‘cottage concept’ for student housing, which offers more space and amenities in an off-campus setting so students can have a place to focus on their studies, take online classes and connect with their peers.”

The unit mix includes two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom residences. There are private bathrooms in each bedroom, walk-in closets in select units, a powder bathroom in the living area, full kitchen with island in select units, and full-size washer and dryers.
