Residential REIT Aspen Heights Partners has closed on the development site for its new community Aspen Heights Bloomington, which will consist of 671 beds spread across four buildings in Bloomington, IN.

Located just a half mile from Indiana University’s campus, Aspen Heights will be looking toward the student body of the university to become residents of the new community.
