Aspen Heights Breaks Ground on 351-Unit MF in Colorado

Austin, TX-based Aspen Heights Partners commenced construction on a 351-unit multifamily community on Wadsworth Boulevard in Lakewood, CO. The property is seven miles from Downtown Denver and is next to Wadsworth Station, the largest station along the RTD rail line.

The property will feature a mix of studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom market-rate apartments with five stories of structured parking. Community amenities include a heated swimming pool and hot tub with cabanas, resident clubroom, outdoor grills, pizza oven, firepit and outdoor recreation and games. The property includes a rooftop terrace, a bark park, dog wash station, business center, ski and bike repair shop, putting green and golf simulator.

Aspen Heights’ Greg Henry says, “Aspen Heights Lakewood is luxury living at its finest and with the convenience of just a short train ride to Denver, residents will have the best of both worlds – access to the city’s bustling downtown district with the suburban calm that Lakewood has to offer.”
