Ashley HomeStore Relocates to Algonquin Commons

A Colliers team of Brad Murchison, Chris Irwin and Brad Belden represented Ashley HomeStore in a 48,397-square-foot lease in Algonquin Commons in Algonquin, IL. Ashley HomeStore will move to 1500 S. Randall Rd. from its nearby store at 2451 S. Randall Rd., where it has operated for 12 years.

“Ashley HomeStore had a unique opportunity to improve its location into this high quality, well-located asset surrounded by other national retailers,” said Irwin, SVP of retail sales and leasing at Colliers Chicago. “Additionally, ownership has announced they’re investing more than $30 million to renovate and reposition the center, creating even more car and foot traffic.”

Marget Graham of Mid-America Real Estate Group represented the owner, Red Mountain Retail Group, Inc.

Ashley HomeStore, founded in 1945 and headquartered in Arcadia, WI, is the largest furniture manufacturer in the United States with more than 900 locations.
