Ashley Capital Launches 2nd of 4 Industrial Builds Near Racine

Ashley Capital has begun construction on a 438,000-square-foot speculative building at 11201 Enterprise Way in its Enterprise Business Park in Sturtevant, WI. It’s the second of four buildings planned for the industrial complex; the first is leased to four tenants.

“There are two remaining lots in the park that will be used for either speculative or build-to-suit construction,” said Ashley VP Gary Rosecrans. 11201 Enterprise will be able to accommodate tenants with requirements ranging from 42,000 to 438,000 square feet.

In all, Enterprise Business Park will span over 1.3 million square feet when fully built out. John Sharpe and Tom Boyle of Lee & Associates and Terry McMahon and Cody Ziegler of Cushman & Wakefield, Boerke are exclusive marketing agents for the property.

The new building is expected to come on line in late 2019. It will bring Ashley’s Racine, WI-area industrial portfolio to more than 1.5 million square feet.
