Southwest Value Partners and AEG, joint venture partners and co-developers of Nashville Yards, have entered into a strategic agreement with Ascension Saint Thomas for the healthcare provider to become a founding partner in the development.

When complete, the Nashville Yards development will be a walkable, urban community featuring the 591-room luxury Grand Hyatt Nashville and the newly renovated Union Station Nashville Yards; retail and restaurant options; entertainment district and concert venue; and creative and Class A office space anchored by Amazon Nashville. The development will also offer seven acres of open plazas, courtyards, and green spaces.

The agreement provides exclusive naming rights partner for the project’s open plaza and green space, to be known as Ascension Saint Thomas Landing. As part of the multi-year agreement, brokered by AEG Global Partnerships, Ascension Saint Thomas will serve as the development’s official healthcare partner and will include an on-site clinic within the development’s retail footprint.
