Ascendant Development has started work on a new garden-style luxury apartment property in the Houston suburbs. Situated in Tomball Texas, Haven at Treeline will offer 231 rental units spread across seven three-story residential buildings. Amenities will include a saltwater pool and a clubhouse.

Renters will be able to select from one and two-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 670 to 1,274 square-feet. Pre-leasing of Haven at Treeline is anticipated to launch in the summer of 2024.

Ascendant’s Jesse Snyder added, “We felt the impacts from rising costs, but have a locked-in guaranteed maximum price contract with our [general contractor] that helped set expectations early. This is also a product type that we have a lot of familiarity with and know what to expect going into it.”

Haven at Treeline reflects Ascendant’s targeted strategy of tailoring apartment communities to the distinctive traits of their submarkets.
