Ascenda Capital Rises to the $38M Purchase of Rock Hill Multifamily
Ascenda Capital has purchased Windsor Apartments in the Charlotte submarket of Rock Hill, SC for $38.1 million. The asset was 95% occupied at sale.
Thomas Colaiezzi, Ron Corrao, Eric Liebich, Travis Cundiff, Jourdan Sullivan and Matt Weinstein of Capstone Apartment Partners facilitated the transaction on behalf of the seller.
The 168-unit asset is situated at 708 Glamorgan Way off Dave Lyle Blvd and I-77 with proximity to retail and dining at the Rock Hill Galleria as well as easy access to the Charlotte metro.
The 2017-constructed Windsor Apartments is comprised of two- and three-bedroom apartment homes in seven garden-style buildings. Community amenities include a resort-style swimming pool, fitness center, clubhouse, playground, laundry facilities, detached garages and a dog park.
