ASB’s 625 Broadway Will Undergo Repositioning

The Kaufman Organization was named the exclusive leasing agent at ASB Real Estate Investments’ 625 Broadway. A Kaufman team will oversee a campaign to reposition the 93,838-square-foot office building in Soho. Kaufman brokers Jared Sternberg and Elliot Warren will manage the leasing initiative for the building.

“Our success with the Madison Square Portfolio and, most recently, the redevelopment of the Cardinal Building in Long Island City, gave the ASB team the confidence that Kaufman was the most experienced and effective choice to elevate the spaces at 625 Broadway,” said Grant Greenspan, principal of Kaufman.

At 625 Broadway, Kaufman team will fully renovate the building including upgrading the elevators, installing new technology and telecommunications infrastructure, and partnering with Design Republic to custom redesign the building lobby. Originally built in 1986, the 12-story property was most-recently renovated in 2013.
