ASB Real Estate Investments Buys Fully Leased, 1M-SF Savannah Logistics Center
Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the sale of the Savannah Logistics Center, an industrial portfolio located near Savannah in Bloomingdale, GA. The property was acquired by ASB Real Estate Investments, an institutional investment management firm.
Stewart Calhoun and Casey Masters of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, Ares Management, in the transaction. Stephen Ezelle of Gilbert & Ezelle Commercial Real Estate provided local leasing support.
Located on S.H. Morgan Parkway, Savannah Logistics Center is a collection of three Class A tilt-wall logistics facilities that total 1.4 million square feet. The industrial portfolio was fully leased to three tenants at the time of sale.
Many of the designs and specifications of Savannah Logistics Center are tailored to the area’s port market. Key features include excess trailer parking, multiple ingress/egress options, dock positions with full packages/seals, three different loading configurations, 45mm thermoplastic polyolefin roofs and low office finishes.
