Asana Partners Acquires Four-Property Retail Portfolio in Charleston for $14M

Charlotte-based real estate investor group Asana Partners acquired a four-property, 32,000-square-foot retail portfolio in Charleston on King Street.

The properties include a new, four-story building at 550 King St.; another new, two-story building at 562 King St.; a three-story building at 564 King St. and the ground floor under the ballroom of a Hyatt House hotel at 570 King St.

The seller of the portfolio was Atlanta-based Regent Partners and Chicago-based GEM Realty Capital, which acquired the properties as part of a 4.2-acre transaction in 2003 for $17 million.
