Asana Partners paid $27.5 million for the Shops of Dunwoody. The Atlanta Business Chronicle reports it also purchased several outlying parcels for an additional $7.5 million in three separate transactions. The seller was Hudgens Company. Public records indicate The Shops of Dunwoody, located at 5500 Chamblee Dunwoody Rd., last sold for $14.8 million in 2015.

The shopping center hosts several restaurants, including Dunwoody Tavern, Vintage Pizzeria, Taqueria Los Hermanos, J. Christopher’s, and more.

Asana Partners also assumed ownership of the neighboring Sunshine Car Wash and the office buildings on Nandina Lane.

This is just Asana’s latest transaction in the area. It owns Krog Street Market, Midtown Promenade, and Plaza Fiesta. Asana properties, Plaza on Ponce and Glenwood Park, were sold in 2024.
