Arvut Homecare Signs Lease in Harlem for First Manhattan Office

Brooklyn-based home healthcare agency, Arvut Homecare, has signed a 10-year lease for its first Manhattan office space with Gatsby Enterprises.

The 6,000-square-foot office is located at 75 W. 125th St., occupying the entire second floor of the building. The lease was facilitated by Tri-State Commercial Realty’s Dov Bleich and Daniel Sharabi, who represented both the landlord and Arvut Homecare.

The move is part of Arvut’s expansion to bring better quality services to the Harlem neighborhood. The building, known as The Carver Building, also houses Carver Federal Savings Bank and Lutheran Social Services of New York. Arvut Homecare is expected to move into the new office on July 1st.
