Artisanal Sandwiches for the Garment District

SLICED, a quick service restaurant featuring open-faced, artisanal sandwiches from JPO Concepts, has opened in a 650-square-foot ground floor space at 264 W. 35th St. in Manhattan’s Garment District.

“As the Garment District has transitioned from being a manufacturing hub to a center for tech companies, architectural firms, financial businesses and others, the ground floor retail has become an amenity for the office tenants upstairs,” said Brad Cohen, senior director for Eastern Consolidated, who with Jon Kamali represented the landlord in the transaction.

Moshe Pinsky of Douglas Elliman Real Estate advised the tenant.
