Artisan Alley Receives City Approvals
Huntington Beach, CA-based Civic Partners’ Artisan Alley at The Diamond received city approvals to move forward on a proposed creative retail commercial destination in Lake Elsinore, CA. The project will encompass a variety of craft breweries, as well as complementary non-traditional food offerings and retailers.
The developer’s plans include 95,000 square feet of retail/restaurant space and a 130-room hotel on 11 acres adjacent to Lake Elsinore Diamond Stadium. Slated to be developed in two phases, the first phase includes a 7,000-square-foot restaurant building, 21,500 square feet of brewery space, 11,200 square feet of retail, and a 6,700-square-foot pad building for a restaurant and/or shop space.
Groundbreaking is expected to commence early this year, with an estimated completion in 2018. Artisan Alley was designed by Irvine, CA-based KTGY Architecture + Planning.
