Artemis Real Estate Acquires 6-State, 10-Property Healthcare Portfolio

Chevy Chase, MD.-based real estate investment management firm Artemis Real Estate Partners has acquired a 10-property medical office portfolio in six states across the U.S.

The portfolio consists of assets positioned near major hospitals or health centers in Salem, OR.; Phoenix, AZ.; Indianapolis, IN.; Cincinnati, OH; Atlanta; GA.; and Lancaster, Pa. Approximately 50% of the portfolio is leased to investment-grade health systems, including Mercy Health, Novant Health and Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health.

Ted Flagg, Andrew Milne, Vasili Davos, Kristina Patrk, Niema Beglari, Katya Golynko and Rachel Oates of JLL represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction. In addition, Daniel Turley, Tim Joyce and Anthony Sardo of JLL led acquisition financing efforts on behalf of Artemis, with a bank providing financing.
