Arrowpoint Properties Spears $27M Multifamily in Worcester
An affiliate of Lawrence, MA-based Arrowpoint Properties has completed its $26.7-million acquisition of ReNew Tatnuck Square, a 120-unit garden style apartment community in the Tatnuck Square district of Worcester, MA.
Simon Butler, Biria St. John and John McLaughlin of CBRE represented the seller, an affiliate of San Francisco, CA-based FPA Multifamily, LLC, and procured the buyer.
“The sale of ReNew Tatnuck Square marked the successful conclusion of FPA’s investment plan and their first-round trip in the Boston market,” said Butler.
ReNew Tatnuck Square, built between 1969 and 1972, is comprised of five, three-story garden buildings in addition to a leasing center, gym and swimming pool.
Since 2020, FPA has renovated the leasing office; added a fitness center, package lockers and dog park; updated the grilling and pool area and upgraded building entries with butterfly intercom systems. The company fully renovated 34 units and had partially renovated another 45 prior to sale.
