Arrowhead Capital Spears 41K-SF Industrial Building in Hanson for $4M
Arrowhead Capital, LLC has acquired a 41,000-square-foot industrial building located at 68 Industrial Boulevard in Hanson, MA for $4.3 million. The modern facility sits on 3.43 acres.
James Stubblebine and David Stubblebine of The Stubblebine Company represented the buyer in the transaction. Harrison Piper, David Berman and Chris Michniewicz, also with the Stubblebine Company, represented the seller, 68 Industrial Boulevard, LLC.
“The buyer acquired the property to accommodate their expanding business and will also enjoy the income of two other established companies occupying approximately 50% of the building,” said James Stubblebine.
The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International was established in 1987 and specializes in selling and leasing large industrial and investment properties and adaptive re-use sites throughout New England.
