Arrow Fontana Site Gives Way to 196,565-SF Distribution Site

A recent acquisition and subsequent planned industrial development indicate investor and developer strength in the high-growth Inland Empire market, says a broker associated with the transaction. Arrow Fontana sits at 15719-15755 Arrow Blvd. in Fontana, which is in the highly sought-after Inland Empire West submarket. The 9.24-acre industrial site recently sold for an undisclosed price to Toronto-based WPT Industrial.

Plans for the site include the development of an approximately 196,565-square-foot distribution building. Executive vice president Mark Zorn and first vice president Cory Whitman of Colliers International represented the seller and buyer, WPT Industrial.
