Arlo Tops Off DC Boutique Hotel

Arlo Hotels has topped off its upcoming property in Washington, D.C. This boutique hotel, set to open in August 2024, represents the brand’s seventh property in the U.S.

As part of the Harrison Apartments, Washington, D.C.’s oldest surviving conventional apartment building, originally built in 1882, Arlo Washington DC will offer 445 rooms and amenities including a rooftop lounge and pool, a restaurant and bar, a café, and an interior courtyard.

“It is an honor to restore and breathe new life into one of D.C.’s historic properties, which sat vacant for approximately 15 years,” said Oleg Pavlov, founder and CEO of Quadrum Global and Arlo Hotels. “We will honor the legacy of this building by making it a welcoming place for the entire D.C. community and creating experiences that capture the destination’s identity.”
