DC Arlo Hotel Tops Off
Arlo Hotels has topped off Arlo Washington DC, set to open in August 2024. The 12-story boutique hotel, owned by Quadrum Global, comprises 229,846 square feet. The property includes the restoration of The Harrison Apartments, D.C.’s oldest surviving conventional apartment building, dating back to 1882.
Located at 704 3rd St NW, the hotel’s offerings extend to the sixth through 12th floors, featuring a penthouse, four meeting rooms, an indoor-outdoor rooftop lounge with a pool, a restaurant, bar, “Bodega” café, and an inviting interior courtyard.
“It is an honor to restore and breathe new life into one of D.C.’s historic properties, which sat vacant for approximately 15 years,” said Oleg Pavlov, the founder and CEO of Quadrum Global and Arlo Hotels. “We will honor the legacy of this building by making it a welcoming place for the entire D.C. community and creating experiences that capture the destination’s identity.”
