Arlington’s Two Liberty Center $72M Sale, Financing
HFF arranged the $72.012-million sale and financing for Two Liberty Center, a 178,700-square-foot, Class A office building in Arlington, VA’s Ballston submarket. The seller was an entity controlled by Washington, DC-based Fred Schnider Investment Group, and the buyer was an entity controlled by New York-based Westbrook Partners.
Two Liberty Center is situated at 4075 Wilson Blvd., within the larger 2.25 million-square-foot Liberty Center mixed-use development near the Ballston-MU Metrorail Station. Completed in 2007, the nine-story asset features nine-foot finished ceilings, four sides of window line, on-site dining options, a rooftop terrace, flexible 20,000-square-foot flexible floorplates and 311 parking spaces.
HFF’s Jim Meisel, Sue Carras, Andrew Weir, Steve Conley and Matt Nicholson represented the seller, and assisted the buyer in securing acquisition financing. The property was sold free and clear of existing debt.
