Arlington’s Ballston Exchange Signs Three New Office Tenants

Jamestown, a real estate investment and management firm, has announced three new office leases at Ballston Exchange, a mixed-use development in Arlington, Virginia.

Global nonprofit advisory organization Management Sciences for Health leased approximately 15,000 square feet, while professional management and technical services company EPIGEN leased 10,800 square feet. Transportation industry employment diversity and inclusion advocate COMTO leased 3,800 square feet.

Since acquiring the property in 2015, Jamestown has modernized it via architectural renovations, landscaping, and streetscape improvements. The development includes direct access to the Metro, tenant amenities, and retail tenants such as Dunkin Donuts and Shake Shack. Ballston Exchange also has shared tenant amenities, including a full-service conference center, to cater to modern companies and tenants.
