Arlington County Approves Mixed-Use Neighborhood Project

The Arlington County Board has granted site plan approval for the development of Bingham Center, a mixed-use neighborhood project located at 3200 Wilson Boulevard in Arlington, Virginia.

The joint venture between Donohoe Development and TCS Realty Associates will bring a dynamic development to the area, one block away from the Clarendon Metro station. The project includes 290 multifamily units (with 15 affordable units), a 229-room boutique hotel, and 16,000 square feet of street-level retail.

Additionally, a 6,000-square-foot public park on North Irving Street, designed in collaboration with Arlington County and the local community, will be featured along with improvements to neighboring public spaces.
