ARKA Properties Group shook hands with KPFN Properties LLC for ownership rights to a 363,996-square-foot industrial property in West Jordan, UT. The asset, which is fully occupied by Visible SCM Logistics, traded for $30 million.

Bryce Blanchard, Kyle Roberts, CCIM, SIOR and Lucas Burbank with NKF negotiated the transaction for the property at 9669 S. Prosperity Rd. The asset is in a growing real estate corridor that stretches from South Salt Lake County to North Utah County.

“This sale further validates industrial market strength and investor demand for industrial acquisition opportunities in Salt Lake City and in Utah, overall,” Blanchard said. “The institutional-quality big box asset garnered interest from industrial investors all over the country. ARKA was chosen from a deep field of prospective buyers and executed quickly.”
