Arjo Renews, Expands to 62K SF in Addison

Arjo Inc. has renewed its North American headquarters lease at Meadows Corporate Center I in Addison, IL, expanding its footprint from 44,000 square feet to the entire 62,000-square-foot second floor. Formerly known as ArjoHuntleigh NA, the medical technology company has steadily grown its presence from 31,000 square feet a decade ago, and is now the building’s largest tenant.

“We were able to secure attractive economic terms for Arjo while expanding contiguously on a single floor plate that provides good sightlines, abundant natural light and efficient space planning,” said Colliers International’s Dave Burden, who negotiated the transaction on behalf of Arjo.

Colliers has represented Arjo across North America since 2013. CBRE’s Mark C. Smith represented Meadows I’s ownership.

Chicago’s northwest suburbs have seen more than 4.3 million square feet in renewals, expansions and relocations by tenants 50,000 square feet or larger over the past three years, according to Colliers.
