Arizona’s Banner Health Care Sells Peoria Facility for $29M

Banner Health Care of Arizona has had a busy last few days. Earlier this week they announced they were going to invest $400 million into a new Scottsdale full-service hospital. And now, the company has completed the sale of the Banner Health Center, Peoria for $29 million. It’s a fully leased (to Banner), 68,000 square medical building in Peoria, just north of Phoenix.

The Banner Health Center is a three-story medical office building situated on 5.68 acres. The property features a multi-specialty ambulatory surgery center with three operating rooms, advanced imaging and primary and specialty care.

Located at 13640 N Plaza Del Rio Boulevard, the Banner Health Center is a key outpatient location for Banner Health, serving its patients in the northwest Phoenix metro area.  It is less than two miles from the 410-bed Banner Boswell Medical Center. JLL represented the seller, Banner Health, and procured the buyer, Montecito Medical Real Estate.
