Ariston Group Serves Up Restaurant, Retail Components of Buford Development
Ariston Group, LLC, owner and developer of the ARISTON mixed-use development in the Atlanta submarket of Buford, GA, has started construction on the project’s next phase. The POINTE at ARISTON will serve as the development’s commercial hub and house 26,000 square feet of dining and service retail.
The POINTE joins ARISTON’s two Class A residential communities: The Ivy at Ariston, already complete and 100 percent occupied, and The Enzo at Ariston, currently under construction. A 109-room Hilton Garden Inn hotel is expected to break ground in 2022.
Tequila Mama Taqueria occupies the largest space at The POINTE in a 6,350-square-foot building with outdoor seating and a roof top bar and lounge. Sister restaurant Local Tap opens its inaugural location at ARISTON in a 4,200-square-foot building. Three restaurants occupy a 10,500-square-foot building at The POINTE: Flying Biscuit, Sushi Factory and VeGreen Vegetarian Fusion.
