Aries Capital Moves HQ, Promotes 2, Adds 1

Aries Capital has relocated its Chicago headquarters to 401 W. Ontario in River North, opened a Miami office and made two promotions and a new Chicago-based hire. The firm’s Chicago-based Christina Vasquez and Miami-based Brandon Perdeck have been promoted to SVP and VP, respectively, and Steve Adams has joined the Chicago office as AVP.

Vasquez has been with Aries since 1996, most recently as VP. “Christina is an integral member of our team who has contributed significantly to our firm’s success,” said CEO Neil Freeman. “I am also pleased to welcome Steve Adams to Aries Capital. He is a longtime friend of our firm, and we look forward to leveraging his lending experience and underwriting skills to our clients’ benefit.”

Perdeck was promoted to VP from senior associate, and joined Aries in 2016. Along with establishing the Miami office, Perdeck will continue originating, underwriting and closing financing for properties nationwide.

Connect Chicago Fall 2019 will take place Oct. 29 in Chicago. For more information, or to register, click here.
