Aries Arranges JV Equity for Multifamily at Milwaukee-Area MXU

Aries Capital arranged $21,875,000 of joint-venture equity on behalf of Cypress Equities for The Bayshore Residences, a $73,000,000, 311-unit luxury multifamily development located within Bayshore Town Center in Glendale, WI.

The planned modern, four-building mid-rise apartment complex will feature studio to three-bedroom units, a pool, and shared courtyard spaces. Located at 5800 N. Bayshore Dr. in Glendale, Wisconsin, the complex is within 15 minutes of downtown Milwaukee and adjacent to the newly redeveloped open-air, mixed-use center, Bayshore.

“We were able to quickly and successfully secure a joint-venture partnership for Cypress with an institutional investor headquartered in Canada with offices in Palm Beach, FL,” said Brandon Perdeck, director of capital markets at Aries. “The partnership was a natural fit as the investor has an existing portfolio of over 14,000 units and 25 million square feet of commercial space “
