Ariel Property Arranges $20M BK Properties Financing
The Capital Services Group for Ariel Property Advisors facilitated five loans totaling over $20 million to fund the construction, acquisition, and refinancing of Brooklyn properties.
The deals include a $10 million construction loan for a Boerum Hill condo property, a $4.5 million condo inventory loan for a Prospect Heights building, a $2.8 million loan for a luxury townhouse conversion in Boerum Hill, a $1.7 million acquisition loan for an eight-unit multifamily building in Bedford Stuyvesant, and a $1.399 million cash-out refinancing for a fully rent-stabilized, eight-unit multifamily building in Prospect Heights.
Matthew Dzbanek and Matt Swerdlow of Ariel Property Advisors arranged the transactions. “The Brooklyn multifamily market is still showing positive signs, and lenders have been eager to meet the specific needs of the borrowers we represent,” said Dzbanek.
