Ariel Property Advisors Expands Investment Sales, Capital Advisory Teams 

Ariel Property Advisors has announced the expansion of its investment sales and capital advisory teams with the addition of several new hires.  

Ryan Schwartz joins as a capital services professional, focusing on debt and equity placement for properties in the Bronx market. Ben Schlegel also joins as a capital services professional, specializing in multifamily and mixed-use properties across the U.S. Hagay Yuhjtman joins as a capital services professional with a focus on Bronx properties, bringing experience from the tech sector and previous real estate management roles. Lastly, Jake Brody joins as an investment sales professional, responsible for listings and business development in New York City.
