Ariel Names Sigourney New Business Development Leader

If you do business with Ariel Property Advisors, you may be seeing a lot of Andre Sigourney. He will lead Ariel’s business development and networking initiatives in Manhattan below 96th St. as a new director in Ariel’s Investment Sales Division. He will also originate and execute listings.

“Andre has a strong reputation in the industry and brings a deep understanding of the region’s landscape,” said Shimon Shkury, president and founder of Ariel Property Advisors.

Before joining Ariel, Sigourney was a managing director with CPEX. Since coming to New York, he has brokered 50 transactions totaling $125 million. In 2015, the Brooklyn Home Reporter & Brooklyn Spectator named him “King of Kings County” for commercial real estate.
