Ariel Markets Trio of Sites in Bushwick, Brighton Beach

Ariel Property Advisors has been exclusively retained to sell 29 Locust St. and 102 Wyckoff Ave. (pictured), a mixed-use building and development site, respectively, in Brooklyn’s Bushwick neighborhood. Separately, the company is marketing 2915 Ocean Pkwy., a ground lease asset in Brighton Beach.

The three-story mixed-use building at 29 Locust will be delivered vacant, providing an immediate opportunity to reposition an asset just blocks away from one of Brooklyn’s most active development markets. The 60-foot by 85-foot development site at 102 Wyckoff provides a rare opportunity to acquire sizeable footage close to public transportation, according to Ariel.

Daniel Tropp, Shimon Shkury and Alexander McGee are representing 29 Locust’s owner. Tropp, McGee and Sean R. Kelly are advising the 102 Wyckoff ownership.

The Brighton Beach site represents 35,542 buildable square feet for residential use, including air rights. Tropp, Shkury and Jonathan Berman are representing the owner.
