Ariel Makes Hires with Focus on Bronx, Northern Manhattan, Queens

Ariel Property Advisors has made several new hires on its investment sales team, each with his or her own geographic focus. The new team members, all of whom are joining Ariel as associate director, investment sales, include Chris Afriyie, Brendan Dal Col, Jeff Henley, Jr. and Courtney Lee.

Afriyie will execute exclusive listings and business development initiatives throughout Northwestern Queens, with a focus on Astoria. Dal Col will execute exclusive listings and business development initiatives with a primary focus on Hunts Point in The Bronx.
Henley will execute exclusive listings and business development initiatives throughout The Bronx, with a focus on Fordham Manor, Kingsbridge, Bedford Park, Williamsbridge and surrounding neighborhoods.

Lee will execute exclusive listings and business development primarily in Northern Manhattan, with a focus on the Central and West Harlem neighborhoods

About Paul Bubny

Paul Bubny serves as Senior Content Director for Connect Commercial Real Estate, a role to which he brings 16-plus years’ experience covering the commercial real estate industry and 30-plus years in business-to-business journalism. In this capacity, he oversees daily operations while also reporting on both local/regional markets and national trends, covering individual transactions across all property types, as well as delving into broader subject matter. His tenure in B2B publishing stretches back into the print era, and he has served as Editor in Chief on four national trade publications. Since 1999, Paul has volunteered as the newsletter editor of passenger rail advocacy groups (one national, one local).
