Ariel Lists High-End Apartments in Riverdale

Ariel Property Advisors has listed 536 Kappock St., a 12,000-square-foot, six-story, high-end elevator residential building in the Bronx’s Riverdale neighborhood. With an asking price of $3.5 million, the property is being brokered by an Ariel team including EVP and co-founder Victor Sozio and associate directors Jeff Henley and Brendan Dal Col.

Built in 2008, the turnkey property is home to 10 luxury apartments. With a low price per square foot compared to similar buildings in the area, the property also presents a future condominium conversion opportunity and strong investment potential overall, according to Ariel.

“With its high-end amenities and accommodations, easy access to Manhattan and stable cash flow, 536 Kappock is well-positioned for multifamily investors in a location where properties do not often trade,” said Sozio. “This is an opportunity to buy a relatively new building in a strong location at well below replacement cost.”
