Ariel Lists Elevator Building on Upper West Side

Ariel Property Advisors has listed 149 W. 105th St., a seven-story, 25,816-square-foot, mixed-use elevator building on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Listed at $7.5 million, the building currently contains 30 residential units and an office on the first two floors.

The Ariel brokers for the listing are EVP Victor Sozio, president Shimon Shkury, EVP Michael A. Tortorici and investment sales director Mark Anderson.

Ariel says the building’s residential portion presents a strategic income opportunity with 20 one-bedroom and 10 studio apartments. The 6,052-square-foot office section is currently owner-occupied and will be delivered vacant.

“149 W. 105th St. presents a great deal of long-term income and investment upside, bolstered by the office conversion opportunity,” said Sozio. “The building is situated in a prime location near world-class education and healthcare, New York’s premier park and all of the retail and dining the Upper West Side and Morningside Heights have to offer.”
