Ariel Forms Strategic Partnership with GREA 

Shimon Shkury, president and founder of Ariel Property Advisors, has announced a strategic partnership between Ariel Property Advisors and GREA (Global Real Estate Advisors), a nationwide network of independent real estate investment services companies. 

The affiliation aims to empower clients in their investment decisions by combining professionals from key U.S. markets under one platform. Ariel’s Capital Services Group will offer mortgage and equity placement nationwide, while expertise in Affordable Housing will enhance GREA’s practice.  

“New York City is a major real estate/capital center and a strategic location for our network. We sought a partnership with Ariel Property Advisors because the firm’s platform is robust, diverse, and operationally sophisticated, which will enhance the operation of all GREA’s offices nationwide,” said Todd Franks from GREA.
