Ariel Property Advisors arranged the sale of a five-story walkup, a development site and a prime retail property in the Bronx for a combined $15.6 million

Ariel Closes Trio of Bronx Sales 

Ariel Property Advisors arranged the sale of three Bronx properties for $15.6 million. The recent transactions include 387 E. 138th St., a five-story walk-up mixed use building in Mott Haven that sold for $2,975,000; 1975 Honeywell Ave., a development opportunity in the West Farms neighborhood, which sold for $2,125,000; and 2374-2386 Grand Concourse, a commercial building in a prime retail corridor that sold for $10.5 million. 

387 E.138th Street includes 10 rental apartments and two ground-floor retail units. The property was sold by Ariel directors Jason Gold and Daniel Mahfar and president Shimon Shkury. 

1975 Honeywell occupies an 8,654-square-foot lot with more than 91 feet of frontage. The ground lease was sold by Gold, Mahfar and director Lawrence Sarn. 

2374-2386 Grand Concourse is situated on 19,434 square feet and includes five retail units. The property was sold by Gold, Mahfar and EVP Victor Sozio.
