Ariel Closes Sales in Riverdale, Harlem

Ariel Property Advisors recently closed on the sale of two investment properties totaling $4.6 million: 536 Kappock St. in the Bronx’s Riverdale neighborhood, which sold for $3.2 million; and 261 W. 126th St. in Harlem, which sold for $1.38 million. 

Located in the upscale Spuyten Duyvil section of Riverdale, 536 Kappock is a 12,000-square foot, six-story high-end elevator building in a prime location near parks, museums and waterfront views. Built in 2008, the well-maintained, turnkey property is home to 10 luxury apartments. 

The seller was represented by an Ariel team including EVP Victor Sozio and director Daniel Mahfar. 

Centrally located in Harlem, 261 W. 126th is a three-story, 3,829-square foot mixed-use walk-up building comprising three residential units and one ground-floor commercial unit. The seller was represented by Sozio and associate director James Nestor.
