Ariel Property Advisors recently arranged the sale of 532 W. 152nd St. in Northern Manhattan and three other properties

Ariel Closes Sales in Northern Manhattan, Bronx and Brooklyn 

Ariel Property Advisors has arranged the sale of three properties for $13 million in Brooklyn, Upper Manhattan and the Bronx. 

Two adjacent, free-market buildings delivered vacant at 621 and 623 Union Ave. in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, sold for $5.5 million, or $891 per square foot. An Ariel team that included partner Sean R. Kelly and director Benjamin Vag arranged the sale. 

A 14,700-square-foot multifamily property at 532 W. 152nd St. in Northern Manhattan’s Hamilton Heights in Upper Manhattan sold for $5 million, which translates to $340 per square foot and $238,095 per unit. It was sold by founding partner Victor Sozio, associate director James Nestor, founding partner Michael A. Tortorici and director Mark Anderson 

A mixed-use development site in an Opportunity Zone at 961 Westchester Ave. in the Bronx sold for $2.55 million. The property was sold by an Ariel team including directors Jason Gold and Daniel Mahfar, and Sozio.
